Ms. Poydras is a Senior Consultant for PRM Consulting Group, LLC, (PRM) located in Washington, DC.  Established in 1999, PRM is a Certified Business Enterprise with full service human resources consulting capabilities with more than 1,000 clients nation-wide.  The firm has significant Talent Acquisition/ Transition, Classifications, Organizational Assessments, Workforce Transformation, Human Capital Strategy and Employee Engagement consulting experience.

Ms. Poydras provides Project Management direction on Strategic Projects with a primary focus on initiatives affecting the value chain that typically require cross function resource allocation. She has exceptional ability to analyze business needs and implement strategies to streamline operations and essential functions of any organization. She exhibits the ability to build strong, sustainable relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of the company. 

Ms. Poydras earned her B.A. in Journalism and Juris Doctorate from Howard University.  She is very committed to community partnerships and holds leadership positions with the United Planning Organization, a community action agency, based in Washington, DC.  She is also an active parent volunteer at the Capital City Public Charter School located in Washington, DC.    

Ms. Poydras is happily married and mother of two sons.
