Ms. Poinsette is the Director, Workforce Development Instructional Design, her contributing efforts supports the Workforce Development team through the creation and development of training applications and modules customized for the transportation, manufacturing and construction industries.

Ms. Poinsette retired from MTA New York City Transit after 32 years of dedicated service, most of which she spent in Service Delivery with a concentration in Capital Programs coordination. In her last 2 years she served as General Superintendent, Performance Analytics and Reporting.

She studied Business Administration and Labor Studies at SUNY Empire State Collage and has a Certificate of Transportation Management from John Jay College in New York City
