Jeannine G Maynard, MSW, LCSW, serves TDC as a Director of Grants Management in support of program capacity planning and resource development. She has functioned in a variety of supporting TDC roles from start-up through the present. She has assisted events and leadership team activities, with primary assistance to operations and grants development. As an experienced social work mental health clinician, she brings operational insights to meet broad challenges in workforce development and community development planning to our team. Jeannine G. Maynard addresses TDC strategic goals to support our mission and innovations through funded programs and collaborative resources.

Jeannine G Maynard, MSW, LCSW, is currently Dir. Of Behavioral Health in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in downtown Brooklyn. She serves on the advisory committee of Uniondale Community Land Trust, the Uniondale School District Bond Oversight Committee, and the Nassau County Hub CBA Committee in the role of co-chairperson for the environmental sub-committee. She co-facilitates a local advocacy organization, The Greater Uniondale Area Action Coalition, also known as GUAAC. All activities provide deep experience with grassroots community engagement and local, transformative development projects. She is an alumnus of Adelphi University and the post graduate Adelphi Center for Not-for Profit Leadership, inaugural class, who has been active with complex start-up programs, to build healthier communities using integrated approaches to change. She has worked in leadership organizations centered in values of diversity and inclusion, throughout her lengthy career, with priorities to advance social, economic, and environmental justice with sustainable impacts.
