Kevin Potter President and CEO of NewPOT Solutions, Inc. Kevin’s primary responsibilities include raising capital, contract procurement, generating revenue, solidifying business relationships, and creating strategic alliances.  His key role is to work with the team to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budgetary guidelines and to the client’s satisfaction.  Kevin has over 27 years of diverse work experience.  He spent several years in the NFL while playing for the Chicago Bears.  Afterwards, he was employed as an insurance/investment broker for five years.  Kevin has over 6 years of corporate experience in Sales Management with Procter & Gamble (5 years) and served as Corporate Development Director for the U.S. Olympic Festival – ’94.  Kevin’s entrepreneurship began in 1994 as a State Farm Agent marketing Insurance and Investments.  NewPOT Solutions was founded by Kevin in November 1999.  Kevin is a spirit lead businessman who brings vision, leadership, compassion, commitment, and energy to the company. Kevin is particularly adept in the areas of building and leveraging relationships to maximize objectives. Kevin has a BS in Education from the University of Missouri, Columbiawhere he was a four year starter at strong safety, All Big 8 and Football News All American, Team Captain in ’82.  He is a  two term, Past President of the St. Louis Chapter of Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).   Kevin holds a seat on MoDOT’s Regional Diversity Council.
