Mr. Herman Ross, President/CFO of National Insurance Consultants, Inc., (N.I.C.I) is a 16 year resident of Las Vegas Nevada. Born in Pasadena, California, he attended John Muir High School and received his formal education from the University of California, Santa Barbara and from California State University, at Fullerton.

Recruited and trained by ITT Hartford Insurance some 24 years ago, Mr. Ross has been on both sides of the insurance fence. He became a licensed agent in 1992, and opened N.I.C.I. in 1994, with one employee. N. I. C. I. has expanded to 16 employees and offices in Las Vegas and WA. DC.

N.I.C.I is recognized as one of the fastest growing independent insurance agencies in the country.  Now doing business in 18 states and licensed in 21, N. I.C.I. currently provides insurance coverage’s for more than 21 major transit systems. Providing clients with full service commercial insurance expertise, N. I. C. I. has Fixed Route,  Para-transit, and Group Benefit programs.

Mr. Ross is a devoted father and an avid golfer. His personal goals include retiring to play the senior pro golf circuit.
