TDC uses three avenues to achieve this:
- Business to Business Opportunities – Business enterprises recognize and value the benefits of professional interaction between corporations that belong to a trade organization. TDC enhances such interaction through the sharing of information about specialties, strengths and emerging opportunities, participation in seminars and conferences, facilitating introductions and joint venture collaborations in pursuit of projects and meaningful sharing of resources.
- Business to Agency Opportunities – TDC increases our Business User Network’s access to the information and navigation support for opportunities available at agencies and their departments across the nation via regular communications including web-site publishing and e-mail notification, links to resources and support, and periodic seminars to review and discuss agency procurement procedures, guiding access to bidder’s list participation and other rules of access, particularly for small and mid-size business development.
- Joint Venture Structuring Sessions – TDC encourages and facilitates joint venture partnerships within the TDC Business User Network, whereby the businesses can utilize their combined strengths and specialties to win contracts and execute a given project. TDC conducts seminars on joint venture structuring and can also provide guidance on a specific project basis.
