Morning Keynote Speaker: Richard A. Davey
Richard A. Davey is an American attorney and transportation executive who is the President of the New York City Transit Authority. He previously served as the Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation and the General Manager of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. After leaving state government, Davey served as chief executive of Boston 2024, a non-profit group.
Midday Keynote Speaker: Lona Edwards Hankins
Lona Edwards Hankins serves as the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority’s chief executive officer. Previously, she served as the RTA’s chief of infrastructure and long-term planning. In that position, Lona oversaw the development and execution of capital assets and the implementation of infrastructure improvement projects across all modes of the Authority’s transit operations and administration.
Afternoon Keynote Speaker: Mary Skelton Roberts
Mary Skelton Roberts serves on the MBTA Board of Directors, and is the President of the Climate Beacon Conference and Senior Advisor to the Climate Beacon Project, a newly established non-profit committed to ensuring Massachusetts achieves an equitable energy transition. Skelton Roberts previously served as Senior Vice President at the Energy Foundation and spent over a decade as Co-director of Climate at the Barr Foundation.
