It is with joy and high expectations that TDC congratulates and welcomes Her Excellency, Gov. Kathy Hochul, to the New York top-helm of governance. Her ascendancy to this position underscores TDC's mission of promoting diversity in the workforce, which includes leadership positions. It is TDC'S expectations that Gov.
