As you know, BDCA was rated in the top 20% of the preliminary rounds of the New York City Science and Engineering Fair (NYCSEF) and invited to complete in the final round before break.  In the final round we received a 3rd place prize and were recognized with two special awards: US Army Excellence in Science & Engineering and Ricoh Americas Corporation Sustainable Development Award. 

We were also recently highlighted in Solar1's bi-monthly newsletter  and featured in the Mott Haven Herald article "High Schoolers Harness Sun's Power"!
